Miro collaborated

By utilizing Miro while working remotely, I was able to create several interactive boards that fostered collaboration and team engagement. These collaborative exercises encouraged contributions from all team members, promoted team bonding, and supported the development of a customer empathy narrative.

Miro's versatile platform enabled our team to work together effectively, despite geographical barriers. Through its dynamic features and user-friendly interface, we were able to share ideas, gather feedback, and refine our understanding of customer needs and emotions. By embracing this innovative tool, our team was able to build stronger connections and create more impactful solutions tailored to our customers' experiences.

Empathy Monster

Empathizing helps people look deeper into situations in a way that enables them think outside of the box and create valuable solutions for problems.

Just because you might be a monster does not mean you are bad! In this exercise you and your team/friends are challenged to be empathetic towards something that might appear bad.
