Make a note in the package your full name and order number, and email tracking information to todd@bytodd.co. Once we receive the print and/or frame undamaged, we will issue a full refund. We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages or labels to send products back to us. Customer is responsible for return shipment costs.
When returning an item, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the items are packed properly and protected during shipping. If any of the items are damaged while it’s returned to us we will assess the damage and will give a reduced refund. Item’s arriving with significant signs of use, damaged pieces, scratches, and that cannot be resold will receive a return deduction up to 50% of the purchased price.
